Refund policy

You have 28 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you're returning an item from Belgium, Czech Republic or Portugal within 14 days of receiving your order or it being available for collection, returning through My Account is free. A charge of CHF 1.95 will be applied if you return an item after 14 days of you receiving it - this will be deducted from the total refund amount. Return charge exclusions apply.
